Shipping & Delivery

YellowTrunk ships the products displayed on it’s website to almost all parts of India. Orders once placed and confirmed will be shipped within 24-48 hours from the time of confirmation of the order. As we continue to grow with you, we would add delivery locations in India and outside India.

Working Days:

Our shipment people work all days except Sundays and National holidays.

Shipping:

Shipping is free unless specifically mentioned on the product page.

Delivery Time:

We try very hard to deliver the product in the shortest possible time. For this we have tied up with the reputed courier service providers. For all Tier 1 cities we would deliver in 3-4 business days (excludes Sundays and other holidays) post shipping. If any item is weighing over 2 kilos, then it might take a few days more depending upon the location. For Tier 2 cities, the expected time of delivery is 7 to 10 days from the date of shipping.

Final Price:

We have a FINAL PRICE policy i.e. once you checkout, the amount you have paid is included of all taxes like VAT, OCTROI etc. You need not pay anything extra upon delivery of your order.

Order Tracking:

Once we confirm your shipment, you will receive an email on your registered email address with the details of your shipment like, name of the courier company, your order tracking number. You can either track your order by punching in your order tracking number on the courier company website or alternatively, at your account page on our website. The web links will come along with our email.

Failed Delivery:

Our courier partners will try atleast TWICE to deliver the package to you before it is returned back to our warehouse. We request you to mention your mobile number while confirming your order so that our courier partners can call you to make delivery faster.

Damaged Good/Package:

We ensure that your order reaches you in best condition, but, if you feel that the item is damaged or the package is damaged/tampered with, please refuse to take the delivery. Also, please call at +91 80 4209 2044 and email us at support@yellowtrunk.com stating your order reference number at the earliest. We would make our best efforts to send you a replacement delivery at the earliest.
